REFUND POLICY

Please be aware of these conditions

If the Guest wishes to cancel the service, the payment will be refunded as follows:

  • 100% If cancelled 45 days prior to the Check-in Date (if the payment was made with credit card, we will return only 80%)
  • 50% If cancelled before 15 days prior to the Check-in Date After 15 days prior to the check in date there is no refund
